Entrance Scholarship Application FormApplicant’s Name: ___________________________ To Enter Grade: ________ in September: ________Current School: ____________________________________________________________________________Thanks to the generosity of Crofton House School donors, the school is able to offer a number of entrance scholarshipsto students who have demonstrated high achievement in the areas of academics, arts, athletics, and citizenship.Entrance scholarships are merit-based financial awards presented to select students who have followed the entrancescholarship application process, including the submission of this form, and successfully qualified for scholarshipaward.All scholarships are applied as a reduction of school fees. Specific scholarships and student eligibility are detailedin the Entrance Scholarship booklet. The entrance scholarship committee will review the results of Crofton HouseSchool’s regular admissions requirements as well as an entrance scholarship examination and two confidentialreference forms completed by a teacher, coach, or instructor which must be mailed directly to the school.
