The house is on twofloors. On the ground floor, one enters the huge living area with its views over theAnapo valley and access to the terrace at the top of the garden. The living room hasbeen created from the old oil and wine press, and has extraordinarily high ceilings. Itfeatures a raised living area, complete with an old stone oil pressing wheel, and adining area with easy access to the kitchen. Above the kitchen is a mezzanine galleryoverlooking the main living area, home to a large snug area with fireplace, TV andstereo. The ground floor accommodation is completed by a study and a doublebedroom with adjacent bathroom. A flight of stairs leads up to the first floor, wherethere are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All decorations, furnishingsand fittings are of impeccable taste and quality.Outside: arrival at the house is either via a courtyard to the rear on the same levelas the living area (and so convenient for loading and unloading) or from the bottom ofthe garden, where there is shaded parking. The inside living area leads directly to thetop terrace, which has a large shaded dining table and views over the garden, pooland valley. The hanging gardens are ingeniously designed and planted, impeccablymaintained and one of the most beautifiul we've seen anywhere in Sicily.
