The format for each meeting is: 10:00 - 10:30society business, 10:30 - 11:30 program, and 11:30 - 12:00 sharingproblems, successes and helping each other. All regular meetings opento the public.If you want to be notified of meetings and special events orannouncements, be sure we have your correct email address.June 3 rd : Board meeting 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Calaveras County PublicLibrary, San Andreas, CA.June 9 th : Our summer social is a BBQ and Swap Meet: We will havea BBQ and swap meet at our June meeting, to be held at the home ofour president, Diane Heliotes, at 237 N. California Street in SanAndreas.We will BBQ – you bring the rest. Please bring a lawn chair ifpossible. Spouses are welcome. If it’s hot out, you may want to bringa hat. There is shade, but some areas are sunny.The program is a SWAP MEET – Trade those genealogymaterials3
