The Secretary (Textiles) and other officials of the Ministry of Textiles and the Ministry of Law& Justice briefed the Committee on the Bill. Then they replied to the queries raised by the Members.The Chairman directed the Secretary (Textiles) to furnish written replies to questions for which thereplies were not available with them during the briefing.A verbatim record of the briefing has been kept.The witnesses then withdrew.45
