You have met all therequirements of the review. Accordingly, we have approved your recertification until 11May 2017 for those products for which you have been previously qualified on thefollowing <strong>QML</strong> and QPL:1. <strong>QML</strong>-<strong>6117</strong>, “Wire Rope Assemblies, <strong>Aviation</strong>, Swage Type”2. QPL-781, “Terminal, Wire Rope Swaging, General Specification for”As a reminder, these qualifications are subject to the following conditions:a. The listings applies only to products manufactured at <strong>McFarlane</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong>,Inc., 696 East 1700 Road, Baldwin City, KS, CAGE 4YMQ8 and applies to futureamendments or revisions of the specification, unless otherwise specified.b. The listing does not guarantee acceptance of the product in any futureprocurement.c. The listing does not constitute a waiver of any requirements of thespecification or of the provisions of any contract.d. Any use of the listing for publicity, advertising, or sales shall not state or implythat the product is the only product of that type so qualified, or that the Government inany way recommends or endorses the manufacturer's product in preference to otherqualified products. Violation is cause for removal of the product from the list.e. The listing applies only to products identical to those qualified. DLA <strong>Aviation</strong> -VEB must be advised in advance of any intended change to the product or process(es).Failure to provide the required notification of any change in design, material,construction or process at least 30 days prior to production change is cause for removalfrom the listing regardless of the extent of the change.
f. <strong>McFarlane</strong> <strong>Aviation</strong> must comply with the requirement for retention ofqualification every 2 years to retain the listing.
