BOARD OF EDUCATION REORGANIZATION MEETING/CONFERENCE MEETING <strong>April</strong> <strong>28</strong>, <strong>2008</strong>Elyssa Sawyer $116.76Maria Santoro $116.76Maureen AlaimoCASAPhyllis WeinbergerCASAMichael BurkeCASATEACHER APPOINTMENTS FOR THE <strong>2008</strong>/2009 SCHOOL YEARResolved, that the Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approvethe reappointment of certificated staff, salaries to be determined upon contract settlement, forthe <strong>2008</strong>/2009 school year as per ATTACHMENT A.REAPPOINTMENT OF SECRETARIAL STAFF FOR THE <strong>2008</strong>-2009 SCHOOL YEARResolved, that the Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approvethe reappointment of non-certificated secretarial staff, salaries to be determined upon contractsettlement, for the <strong>2008</strong>/2009 school year as per ATTACHMENT B.REAPPOINTMENT OF CUSTODIAL STAFF FOR THE <strong>2008</strong>-2009 SCHOOL YEARResolved, that the Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approvethe reappointment of non-certificated custodial staff, salaries to be determined upon contractsettlement, for the <strong>2008</strong>/2009 school year as per ATTACHMENT C.REAPPOINTMENT OF NON BARGAINING UNIT CENTRAL OFFICE STAFF <strong>2008</strong>-2009Resolved, that the Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approvethe reappointment of non-bargaining unit central office staff, salaries to be determined, for the<strong>2008</strong>/2009 school year as per ATTACHMENT D.REAPPOINTMENT OF CASA STAFF FOR THE <strong>2008</strong>/2009 SCHOOL YEARResolved, that the Board of Education, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, approvethe reappointment of the administrators listed on ATTACHMENT E under the terms andconditions of the 2006-2009 Board/CASA contract.APPROVE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CRESSKILL BOARD OFEDUCATION AND THE CRESSKILL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION GRIEVANCE NO. 2007-1BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Borough of <strong>Cresskill</strong> (hereinafter referredto as the “Board”) hereby adopts and approves the terms, stipulations and conditions asestablished in the Settlement Agreement by and between the <strong>Cresskill</strong> Education Association,and the Board, which is incorporated herein by reference, and agrees to be bound thereby.The Board President and the Board Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to executethe attached Settlement Agreement and any other documents necessary to effectuate saidAgreement.
