lady blue knights<strong>basketball</strong> <strong>clinic</strong>the coachesRenee Casterline DirectorWith over 20 years of experience facilitatingsummer <strong>basketball</strong> camps and with anextensive background in coaching andplaying, Casterline brings a wealth ofexperience and enthusiasm for the game.She currently coaches Sem’s Lower Schoolgirls <strong>basketball</strong> program and serves as the<strong>basketball</strong> <strong>clinic</strong> director at Camp St. Andrew.As a player, Casterline was part of the Seton Catholic High School‘91 District Championship Team and holds the school recordfor assists with over 1,000. In college, she played <strong>basketball</strong> atMillersville University before transferring to Wilkes University. Atthe completion of her successful playing career, Casterline hadcoaching stints at Wilkes University, Bishop Hafey, Lccc and<strong>Wyoming</strong> <strong>Seminary</strong>. She currently teaches biology and forensicscience at <strong>Wyoming</strong> <strong>Seminary</strong>’s Upper School.Ron Strothers Assistant DirectorStrothers is entering his sixth season as theUpper School’s head girls <strong>basketball</strong> coach,after serving as assistant for one year. He isa 1989 graduate of Williamsport High Schooland earned his undergraduate degree fromMisericordia University. Before coming toSem, Strothers served as freshman coachand varsity assistant Bishop Neumann(Williamsport) high school. In 1994, he was named an assistantcoach at Luzerne County Community College before serving ashead coach for ten season. While at Lccc, Strothers was namedEastern Pennsylvania coach of the year in 2004 and 2005. In thosetwo season his teams won the conference championships andcompiled an overall record of 41–10.
