6.4 Entry for another customs procedures (eg IPR, CW, <strong>PCC</strong>)a) Completi<strong>on</strong> of the declarati<strong>on</strong>The authorisati<strong>on</strong> holder must declare the goods to the office of discharge <strong>on</strong> a SAD. In particularthe following boxes should be completed with the following informati<strong>on</strong>:Box Informati<strong>on</strong> to enter1 In the first subdivisi<strong>on</strong> “IM” and in the sec<strong>on</strong>d subdivisi<strong>on</strong> enter the code 5 (IPRsuspensi<strong>on</strong>system), 7 (customs warehousing) or 9 (<strong>PCC</strong>).8 The name and address of the pers<strong>on</strong> or company c<strong>on</strong>cerned and their VAT number, ifany.31 The descripti<strong>on</strong> of the goods in accordance with the requirements stated in theauthorisati<strong>on</strong> IPR/<strong>PCC</strong>.33 The tariff code for the goods entered in box 3137 A <strong>Customs</strong> <strong>Procedure</strong> Code (CPC) in the 51 (IPR-suspensi<strong>on</strong> system), 71 (customswarehousing) or 91 (<strong>PCC</strong>) series. The sec<strong>on</strong>d two-digit code (previous procedure) will be91.44 The references (number and date) of the IPR/CW/<strong>PCC</strong> authorisati<strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>cerned and thecode of the supervising office.b) Evidence for entry to another procedureThe authorisati<strong>on</strong> holder must have evidence that the goods have been entered into the newprocedure. This evidence will be a copy of the declarati<strong>on</strong> IM 5, IM 7 or IM 9 c<strong>on</strong>cerned, certifiedby <strong>Customs</strong>.6.5 Destructi<strong>on</strong> of the goodsa) Completi<strong>on</strong> of the declarati<strong>on</strong>The authorisati<strong>on</strong> holder must declare the goods to the office of discharge <strong>on</strong> an SAD.
