Introduction• Dur<strong>in</strong>g socialism the Designer, Contractor<strong>and</strong> Employer were the parties <strong>in</strong> the<strong>in</strong>vestment process, all state ownedcompanies.• In 1989 socialism collapsed <strong>and</strong>privatisation started.
