The collective portfolio of application domains, including computational fluid dynamics, biomedical imaging, industrial design, and mechanical simulation will provide a rich set of case studies for all partners. The extensive network of collaborators of the partners, in both academia and industry, will also provide access to “extreme” users who push the limits of technology and are motivated by the problem they are trying to solve rather than the technology that may solve it.
