The universal 4-axis step motor controlNCdrive is an innovative PC based CNC control for step motor output stages for up to 4 axes. The potentialof your control electronics and mechanic system is perfectly bailed out via numerous features such as e.g.the preview of the tool path.NCdrive consequently uses the high performance of modern hardware and of the Windows operating system.Thus a scope of service is realized which can be compared against the high-end CNC controls of theupscale machine tools.NCdrive processes NC programs (DIN 66025, others via optional pre-processors) in the same way as thehigh-end CNC controls, it supports numerous additional NC commands and geometry cycles and allowsthe operation of the machine in the setting mode and automatic mode. Furthermore, comprehensive functionsfor the direct milling of contours and pockets are available as innovative peculiarity - by easy entry ofparameters and it is not necessary to create NC programs for these features.NCdrive uses the PC processor for the user interface and all CPU-intensive operations. The high dynamiccontrol of the NC drive motors in real-time is assumed by a special controller which is included in the scopeof delivery of the Software. It is connected via the USB interface.Due to the modular structure of the NCdrive Software different options for the operation of the existingmachine are available.
