Do you have more emphasis on measuring the pulse ofthe leaders or of the ordinary people?Through analysis, I soon found that our centres ofgravity are people who live in the municipality. Thedecisive points are the influential institutions whereimportant decisions are made. So, knowing thecentre of gravity and decisive points soon brings greatclarity to what we are about. Of course, people haveconfidence in their leaders and if we are welcome atthat level then the other people accept us without fear.We embrace respect, dignity, honesty, love, patience,adaptation and acceptance of others.We will visit Serbian returnees in the village Zac/Zallq.How do you approach them?They want our everyday presence and someone wholistens to them, who shows them they are not aloneand, of course, to return to them a little dignity whichthey have been deprived of so many times. We areaware of what these people have suffered, andtherefore we are honest and patient.Finally, in your experience as LMT leader, what, inone sentence, is the most desireable wish for thepeople you meet?Everyone wants security, peace and prosperity in thefuture.KFOR Chronicle, January 201111
