Only OEM’s/reputed and established firms authorized by OEM should apply.2. The prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes. The rates should be valid forone year from the date of opening of tender.3. Earnest money shall ordinarily be 1,00,000/-. The Earnest money will be liable tobe forfeited, if the tenderers withdraw, impairs or derogates from the tender in anyrespect within the period of validity of his tender.4. The tenderer will not be entitled for any payment whatsoever, for such articles forinfringements of the stipulation of the conditions or for justifiable reasons, thecontract may be terminated by the Registrar MGAHV, <strong>Wardha</strong> and the tenderershall be liable for losses sustained by the MGAHV on the consequences of thetermination which may be recovered from the EMD of their invoices become dueto them.
