The CPES Rating is an inter-agency undertakingamong implementers of infrastructure projects such as PPA,DPWH, DOTC, DECS, etc. The CPES is the primary tool ormechanism for accrediting local contractors/constructorswho may want to participate in bidding for various domesticinfrastructure projects.
