Passenger Load Survey 2012Q12.0 General InformationPassenger Load Survey for Quarter 1, 2012 was undertaken between 6 th March 2012 and 23 rdMarch 2012.It is to be noted that the Beenleigh AM Peak service 1E35 was required to be recounted outsidethe usual scope of the PLS. Permanent service alterations that impactedon this Passenger Load count when compared against the PLS in the first quarter 2011 countinclude:Cleveland Line Timetable Alterations – Effective 18/04/2011 Cleveland Line, PM Peak Unit count: Increased by 1 - CBD to Cleveland (All Stations)with the upgrade of J896 (3car) to 1896 6-car service (central depart 5:53pm).
