BRIM BOARD MEETING MINUTESFebruary 22, 2011 PAGE 2CALL TO ORDERThe meeting of the West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management wascalled to order by Chairman Lukens at 1:06 p.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at90 MacCorkle Avenue, SW, Suite 203, South Charleston, West Virginia.APPROVAL OF MINUTESVice Chairman Martin moved the approval of the minutes of the December 7,2010 Board Meeting. The motion was seconded by Mr. Cunningham. There being nodiscussion, a vote was taken and the MOTION ADOPTED.REPORTSThe monthly report of the Executive Director was received and filed, a copy ofwhich is attached and made a part of the record.Mr. Schumacher thereafter presented the Chief Financial Officer's Report. Theunaudited balance sheet as of December 31, 2010, the unaudited income statement forthe six months ending December 31, 2010, and the line of business statements (TotalState, Total SB3, Mine Subsidence and BRIM HB 601) for the same periods werereceived and filed, copies of which are attached and made a part of the record.A CD containing copies of the October, November and December 2010purchasing card invoices was distributed to each Board member. The Chairman signedthe acknowledgement form for the July, August and September 2010 billing. Theacknowledgement form was retained by the Finance Department.The Loss Control Report of the Deputy Director/Claim Manager was receivedand filed, a copy of which is attached and made a part of the record.
