The highpressureseat assembly and spring cannow be removed.On the current version of the MK 25 theseat retainer is adjustable.Disassemble for cleaning using a 5/32”hex wrench.NOTE: The adjusting screw is turnedclockwise to remove.Use the universal tool to loosen the capfrom the body. Apply 70 in-lbs/8 N-m.MonojectInsert the stem o’ring assembly usingthe stem o’ring insertion tool. SCUBAPRO MK 25/MK 20 First StagesRemove the insertion tool by twistingslightly and then pulling out, thenreverse the tool and re-insert it into theregulator body.Reassemble the piston assembly.Replace and lubricate the pistono’rings.Hold the o’ring insertion tool in place toinsure that the piston knife-edge is notdamaged during assembly.Thread the cap and swivel assemblyon the regulator body. Assemble with theyoke saddle.MonojectFor DIN RegulatorsLubricate the DIN fitting-to-body o’ring.Assemble the o’ring and DIN fitting tothe regulator body.Reassemble and tighten the yoke nutto the regulator body. Holdthe first stage using the first stagehandle.Check the intermediate pressure usingthe pneumatic adjusting tool.Intermediate pressure range: 125psi to145psi at 3000psi and 300psi supplypressure.5/32”Intermediate pressure adjustments canbe made using the adjusting screw onthe high-pressure seat retainer.
