Onlypaneled doors and windows matching the design given in thevocabulary are allowed. Only vertical grills/safety bars are allowedand any ornamental iron work/grills/jallis are not allowed. Awningare not allowed. Coloured/structural/reflective glass works are notallowed in the street. All designs for the openings of doors andwindows should match the design given in the vocabulary: Natural, white or off white or nut brown.: Plastered smooth to give the feel and visual appearance of a limeplastered finish.ColourSection 3 – BaseThe height ofthe basementOrnamentation: Yellow, white or off whiteCornices may be used if necessary, however the design should bematching to the design given in the vocabulary.:30 to 60 cms. from the street. Oxide/cement finishes are to beprovided and marble/granite or other finishes are not allowed.Plinth line is to be maintained through out the street as per theexisting plinth line.: External lighting fixtures on the façade are not allowed.Sinage - House Name/name of occupant if required to bedisplayed, are o be displayed on.
