Little Christy Matson, nieceof the bride was flower girl. She wore ayellow taffeta gown and carried pink gerberas.Ring bearer was little Ronnie Lyfordwearing a white pique suit and carryingtheir rings on a white satin pillow.Miss Pat Carlson of Cherry Grove andMiss Barbara Matson of Kelso, cousin ofthe bride were candle lighters. Mrs. La-Verne Dixon played the wedding musicon the organ and accompanied the Rev.Gerald Gardner who sang preceding theceremony, “Take Thou My Heart” and“Now I belong to Jesus” Following theexchange of vows he sand, “The Lord’sPrayer.”Following the ceremony a reception washeld in the church parlors.
