Applying for participation – Any person wishing to participate should send their application to ITEC France, in their capacity assupplier. Except if ITEC France subsequently declines the application, the sending of the application for participation (byemail, fax or post) shall constitute a firm and irrevocable commitment to pay the full price of the service. A deposit of 30% ofthe total fees will be required upon registration. The said deposit shall be paid within thirty days of registration. The feesfor any registration reaching ITEC France less than three months before the event shall be paid in full. In either case theagenda of meetings shall be sent to the participant only after full payment of the total amount.2. Validation of Admissions - ITEC France reserves the right to accept or reject any application, and is not obliged to justify itsdecision in any manner whatsoever. In case an application is refused, the sum paid by the company that submitted theapplication for participation shall be refunded. ITEC France shall confirm its acceptance by way of a confirmation sent to theapplicant. This confirmation may be in the form of an invoice.3. Withdrawal or cancellation by the supplier - The signing of the registration form shall be considered as a commitment by thesignatory on behalf of his company. In case the supplier withdraws its application more than three months before the openingof the event, the deposit paid shall not be refunded. Deposits that have not yet been paid in accordance with the terms andconditions of the contract at the date of withdrawal shall remain due to ITEC France. In case of cancellation, for any reasonwhatsoever, less than three months before the opening date of the event, payments made and / or due to ITEC France, inwhole or in part, for participation, shall be considered as non-refundable.4. General: The planning details of the event, in particular the opening date, duration, venue, and opening and closing hours, shallbe determined by ITEC France and may be modified at its own discretion. In the case where the event cannot be heldbecause of grave, unpredictable or financial reasons, the applications shall be annulled and the sums available, afterpayment of expenses incurred, shall be distributed among the participants, pro rata to the amounts paid by each of them.5. Conditions for participation: ITEC France shall determine the categories of participants and draw up the list of products and / orservices presented. A participant may only present the materials, products, procedures or services that it has manufactured orcreated, or for which it is an agent or dealer; in the latter case, the list of brands whose products it intends to present orwhose services it provides shall be annexed to its application.6. Non-obligation of results: Within the context of the business meetings, ITEC France undertakes to employ, with diligence, allthe resources it disposes of without in any way being bound by an obligation of result. Nevertheless, ITEC Franceundertakes to organize an average of 18 meetings for each participant during the two days of the event for the full pack and 8meetings for the entry pack.7. Agenda of the business meetings: ITEC France shall plan out the schedule of the Business Meetings, taking into account, asfar as possible, the wishes expressed by each participant, depending on its date of registration and seniority. The delegatemust participate to all the meetings scheduled by ITEC France.8. ITEC France - Third party insurance: ITEC France has taken out an insurance policy against any financial third party liability in itscapacity as organizer. Participants may ask ITEC France to provide them with a copy of the policy giving details of the riskscovered and the period of insurance.9. Catalogue: ITEC France shall be deemed the sole owner of the copyrights and sale of publications and catalogues of theexhibitors, as well as rights relating to advertising in the said catalogue. It may freely concede all or part of the said rights. Theexhibitors under their own responsibility have provided all the information required for the preparation of the said catalogue.ITEC France shall not be held liable for omissions or errors of reproduction, layout, etc. that may arise, ITEC France reservesthe right to modify, delete or group together entries as it deems appropriate, and to refuse or modify the text of paidadvertisements that are likely to cause detriment to the other participants.10. Dispute: Should a dispute arise relating to the terms and conditions hereto, the participant agrees to submit its claim to ITECFrance before initiating any proceeding. Any action initiated before the expiration of fifteen days from this claim, shall beconsidered, and hereby expressly agreed by the participant, as non-admissible. In case of dispute, the competent Courtsshall be those having jurisdiction over the registered office of ITEC France.11.
