When an administrator is appointed <strong>under</strong> section 10 of Regulation VIII of 1827,a proclamation in <strong>the</strong> Form contained in Appendix C of <strong>the</strong> said Regulation shall beprepared by <strong>the</strong> Nazir and issued <strong>under</strong> <strong>the</strong> signature and seal of <strong>the</strong> Judge.315.
