Laparoscopic repair in perforated peptic ulcerreduced chest complications, a shorter postoperativehospital stay and return to normal dailyactivities than the normal conventional surgery.Conclusion:Our study has shown that laparoscopic PPU closureis not a difficult technique can supplant theopen procedure due to its advantages of fewerrequirements of analgesics, short hospital stayand early return to work with cosmetically acceptablescar.References:1.
