Try a new one today.Whole grains aremore nutritious than refinedgrains. They containvitamins, fiber and healthyfats, while refined grainsquickly turn to sugar inyour body and can lead tochronic disease. Avoidgrains that have long listsof ingredients, and particularlywatch out for“enriched” ingredients.Instead, try 100 percentwhole wheat breads andpastas, brown rice, steelcut oats, quinoa and barley.
