VGU Project Management Unit (VMU)The individual consultant shall perform the assignment for an implementation period of 3months with the following tasks:(i). Establishing a strategy about study program evaluation:- To define key objectives, target groups or participants of study programs;- To define and develop the evaluation criteria, process and methods that fit VGU’sconditions and circumstances;- To define issues that should be taken into consideration during the course of studyprogram evaluation;- To set up desired outcomes, activities to reach desired outcomes, andindicators (both quantity and qualitative ones) to make progress toward the desiredoutcomes of the study programs;- To develop template evaluation forms, evaluation questions or types ofquestions, and feedback forms;- To set up a feedback process (i.e. how and how many times per year, etc.) asa means of interaction between students, lecturers and faculty managers in order toimprove VGU’s teaching and enhance student learning;- To establish and develop data collection instruments (i.e. methods forgathering, analyzing data and reporting findings for various managers);(ii). Recommending or developing customized IT solutions and illustrations on howevaluation resources can be used or adapted:- To effectively integrate data (such as evaluation criteria, process, methods andfeedback process) into VGU’s IT system;- To effectively process and extract data when necessary;- To provide reporting outputs for various manager levels.Outcomes and deliverablesThe individual consultant must deliver final deliverables on a mutually agreed schedule,encompassing the following documents: Guidelines on evaluation schemes, evaluation criteria, process, methods and feedbackprocess applicable to study programs at VGU; andTemplate Questionnaires; andused.Customized IT solutions and/or illustrations on how the evaluation resources can be
