Pour the warm milk and the warmwater into a bowl.2. Add the sugar, yeast and 100 gramsof flour. Leave for 20 to 30 minutes ina warm place.3. Add the flourmixture, the currants and the mixed peel.6. Stir the mixture well.7. Knead the dough with your hands for10 minutes.8. Divide the dough into 12 pieces.9.
