The BOQ(Estimate) is based considering average 7000 liters of dieselper day, but these quantities may be increased or decreased as per requirement.2. The Diesel will have to be filled directly in Municipal vehicles etc. at the successful tenderer'sfilling station.3. The preference will be given to that filling station, who has proper space, land with Entrance& Exit roads for vehicles and access of distance from our premises.4. The Bidder shall be authorized license holder of any of IOC,BPC or HPCand must fulfill the terms of Government Enterprises5. The payment of the purchased material will be made from 4-7 days.6. The quality of materials supplied by the Filling Stations may be checked by Officers ofMunicipal Corporation Jalandhar at any time as desired. If the sample of the Materials fails,Earnest Money deposited by the tenderer shall be forfeited.7. Municipal Corporation Jalandhar is enterprises which provide essential service to the public,so the filling station must have 24 Hours services.8. The General time for filling Diesel shall be from 7.00 A.M. to 20.00 Hours. The Filling Stationmust have facility to supply both Diesel.9. If at any time, filling Station have to face strike and it has to close, the tenderer shall beresponsible to continue the supplies to Municipal Vehicles.10. The tenderer will have to submit the bill of the purchased material daily.11. Commissioner Municipal Corporation Jalandhar has the right to cancel the contract at anytime without assigning any reason.12. The tenderer is responsible for all type of applicable Taxes.13.
