BMW must be notified of the transfer, by contacting1800 808 111.BMW Roadside Assistance and Accident ManagementConditionsAny roadside assistance required as a result of driving on a racetrack, competingin organized road/off road rallies, inappropriate use, incorrect repair or faultyworkmanship on the vehicle by an unauthorised BMW dealer, or directly due to thefitment of non-genuine parts and/or accessories; will be co-ordinated by BMWRoadside Assistance and Accident Management; however, all costs will be yourresponsibility.To be eligible for BMW Roadside Assistance and Accident Management, the vehiclemust be well maintained and of sound mechanical and roadworthy condition. If youhave any doubt of the condition of the vehicle, please do not hesitate to contact yourlocal authorised BMW dealer, who will arrange an inspection. Some services areexcluded from the cover of BMW Roadside Assistance and Accident Management,and these are listed below:• Costs of repairs other than provision of fuel and mechanical assistance,• any rental vehicle cost which would normally be payable by you, such as securitydeposit, excess kilometres, petrol and toll charges, or accident excess in theevent that the hire car (if provided under the policy) is involved in an accident, and• in the interests of providing a quality service, BMW Roadside Assistance andAccident Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw service whereutilisation is excessive due to the lack of regular and preventative maintenance orfailure to rectify any recurring fault.24
