Letter from the PresidentDear Alumnae, Parents, and Friends <strong>of</strong> <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>High</strong>,With the ending <strong>of</strong> the school year and beginning <strong>of</strong> the new2013-2014 fiscal year, we are excited as we look towardsour 75th Anniversary celebration that will begin in January,2014 and end in June, 2015. We hope you will join us inrecognizing the many ways <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>High</strong> has made an impactin Baltimore and throughout the world through its many years<strong>of</strong> empowering women to let their light shine.<strong>The</strong> end <strong>of</strong> another year leaves our school community withmany memories, several <strong>of</strong> which are included in this edition:May Crowning, achievements in athletics, Commencement onMay 28th at the Cathedral <strong>of</strong> Mary Our Queen and recognition<strong>of</strong> the 50th anniversary class, the Class <strong>of</strong> 1963.Please take the time to read the <strong>High</strong>lighter – it is filled withexamples <strong>of</strong> how <strong>Catholic</strong> <strong>High</strong> students and alumnae areimpacting and transforming the world. Take a moment toremember your own four years. We would love to hear fromyou. We are currently collecting historical details from eachdecade to organize a seven and a half decade timeline that willbe displayed in the Class <strong>of</strong> 1961 Heritage Room.
