Melissa has over 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industryand has worked with ESOP plans for over 25 years. Melissa is a frequent presenter at the national level with the ESOP Association and NCEO and at New SouthESOP Chapter and regional events.Carla Neal Klingler is the owner and President of the national pension administration and consulting firm, PyraStar Pension Group, Inc. For over 30 years shehas been a leader in developing and providing TPA services for all types of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.Sayward Masselter is the President of the New South ESOP Chapter and the HR Director at Atlanta West, an interior finish company specializing in cabinetry,floor covering and countertops with locations in Alabama, Georgia, Florida and North Carolina.
