LED Garage Luminaire - Bow Traditional 30’ by 30’ parking garage fixture placement is ideal for the BOW1 and BOW2. The BOW1 provides auniform 3 FC average at a 9 ft parking garage mounting height. The BOW2 would provide over a 5 FC average in thisapplication.The “bow ” linear shape of the BOW series separates the LED arrays and driver compartment. Isolating the LED driverin the die cast aluminum housing creates an exceptional thermal management system. The unique 2 X LED arraydesign creates twice as many light point sources in a parking garage application which enhances visibility and deterscrime. The 2 X LED design is an ideal replacement for existing high maintenance, linear fluorescent or HID parkinggaragesv.Both BOW LED luminaires are ideal for any AMBIENT lighting application where a unique look and high performanceare desired. A series of pendent mounted BOWs in an atrium, open ceiling office, or corridor will provide a dramatic,uniform lighting result.The lighting control options with the 2X LED array design are also unique. Energy saving high/low lighting designs withthe use of a passive infrared motion sensor can reduce energy consumption by an additional 50% when a parkinggarage is at low occupancy. Housing• The two LED compartments are constructed of heavy-duty, die-castaluminum, with external heat radiating fins.• The separate driver housing is constructed of die-cast aluminum with a diecast aluminum cover with captive fasteners; for easy access to the LED driver;allowing for cooler operation and longer life.• Silicone gasketing is utilized throughout the fixture for weather tight operation.Thermal Management• The BOW Series provides excellent overall thermal management by maximizingthe fixture’s dual heat sink capabilities. This enables the Bow Series to withstandhigher ambient temperatures and drive currents without degrading LED life. TheBOW Series has a low thermal resistance rating. The heat radiating fins createsuperior thermal management results.• The L70 test determines the point in an LEDs life when it reaches 70 percentof its initial output. The BOW Series LEDs have been determined to last aminimum of 140,000 hours in 25 *C environments when driven at 350 mA. IESdistribution Types I, II, III, IV, V, V-W, V-C and V-N are available. LED light assembliescome in multiples of 16 LEDs) and are field replaceable.
