Utility forsearching grievances has also beenincorporated in the system. The portals aimto project the information about local people,values and practices (Local content) as wellas provide them with an opportunity toaccess the information available in cyberspace (Global content), as per their need.These collaborative, multilingual, multimedia& Knowledge Management enabled portalshave been dynamically generated using singleinstallation of eNRICH (http://enrich.nic.in)Community Software Solution Framework.Anjali Dhingra, NIC HQ?| Papers/Articles Published by NIC Officers10+2, 10th and 8th Standard and OpenSchool Examinations were published on theNet.Access to results was also provided throughIVR System. Due to widespread Internetculture in the state and well-plannedpublicity, there was an over-whelmingresponse.
