A list <strong>of</strong> expert members present in <strong>the</strong> meeting is annexed.2. Shri Nihal Chand Goel, Joint Secretary welcomed <strong>the</strong> members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Committee</strong>and invited <strong>the</strong>m to consider <strong>the</strong> agenda.3. The <strong>Expert</strong> <strong>Committee</strong> considered 47 applications which were complete andsupported with all documents as required under <strong>the</strong> scheme.
