PrefaceThis report was written as a part of my trainee assignment at <strong>SIFO</strong>, with Virginie Amilien asmy supervisor.From the beginning of May to the end of August 2006 , I stayed at <strong>SIFO</strong>, the National Institutefor Consumer research in Oslo, Norway, through an Internship agreement within theFrench Norwegian project “Consumers conceptions of Local Food” financed by the FrenchNorwegian Foundation.I would like to thank particularly <strong>SIFO</strong>s direction for giving me the opportunity to stay thereand having an e<strong>nr</strong>iching experience.
