OnJuly 4th, final marks will be sent from<strong>Lisgar</strong> to OCAS and OUAC.If you have taken a night school course, onlinecourse, correspondence course, or aSaturday school course, your marks shouldappear on your OUAC and/or OCAS site.It is imperative that you check your site toensure that ALL INFORMATION iscorrect. You must notify the CounsellingTechnician immediately if your nightschool, on-line course, correspondencecourse, or Saturday school courseinformation has not been posted on yourOUAC or OCAS website.Out-of-Province ApplicationsAttention graduating students who haveapplied to an out-of-province institution:Remember to request your report card besent after each reporting period bycompleting a request form in the binder inthe Counselling office. We do notautomatically send out these report cards.You must fill out a separate request formfor the June report card and/or transcript tobe sent to the institution(s) of your choice.DeferralsSometimes students are given adeferral by Ontario universities orcolleges in May or June.
