The total amount payable by IPERS to the Alternate Payee under this Order,including amounts expressly directed in this Order to be paid from monthly payments,refunds, death benefits, and dividends, as applicable, shall be aggregated and shall notexceed the amount of the marital property award pertaining to the Member’s IPERSaccount.
