(See Drafting Samples―Paragraph 3.)State the period of time that monthly payments are to be made to the AlternatePayee, if the qualifying distribution event is a monthly pension payment to theMember. (See Drafting Samples―Paragraph 4.)State that payments will begin only at the time when a distribution from theMember’s account is made (trigger event).
