Optional Paragraphs 5A-5F:A. Dividends/Cost-of-Living IncreasesIf IPERS pays a dividend, a cost-of-living increase, or any other postretirementbenefit increase to the Member, the Alternate Payee shall receive a share of saidincrease. The Alternate Payee’s share of such increase will be in the same proportionas determined in Paragraph 3.-OR-If IPERS pays a dividend, a cost-of-living increase, or any other postretirementbenefit increase to the Member, the Alternate Payee shall receive a share of saidincrease. The Alternate Payee’s share of such increase shall be determined on a prorata basis.B.
