Conditions of Order for FORMS 5 – 71. All dimensions are in meter, L=length, W=width, H=height, D=depth.2.# Location for installation of items mark with # must be clearly illustrated by exhibitor in sketch ordrawing, e.g. booth layout plan or elevation.3.* Electricity supply to facilities marked with * must be ordered separately unless otherwise stated.Exhibitor must order sockets separately.4.+ For items marked with + deposit for each telephone line/ modern is payable to the venue operator.HKCEC, at time of collection of telephone sets and/or IDD line passwords. Deposit shall be settledby cash, credit card or company cheque at HKCEC service counter and shall be refunded to hirerafter deduction of IDD charges incurred (Should IDD charges exceed deposit amount, differencewill be payable by hire to HKCEC directly).5. In general, orders for the following services and equipment rental should be submitted to theOrganiser before deadline given, otherwise a 20 % surcharge will be imposed on the basic ratesto orders accepted. Moreover, on-site orders if accepted are subject to a 30% surcharge on thebasic rates.6. All orders for services/equipment rental should be submitted with full payment together with anydamage/security deposit if necessary. Orders without the required payment(s) will not beentertained. No separate invoice will be issued.7. All equipment provided by the Organiser shall only be utilized within the Exhibition venueexclusively for the specified event(s).8. Provisions of any services/equipment by the Organiser are subject to the availability of therequired services/equipment at the time of ordering. Orders will be entertained on a "first comefirst serve" basis. However, the Organiser reserves the right not to entertain any orders receivedand in such cases, the users will be notified and cheque payment will be returned or refunded.9. If by reason of force majeure, labour difficulties or shortages of materials or any other causeoutside the control of the Organiser, the Organiser is unable to provide all or any of the services orequipment ordered during the whole or any part of the duration of the specified event, hirer's rightshall be limited to the return of a corresponding proportion of the charges paid for such services orequipment.10. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline for placingorders. All cancelled orders will be subject to a minimum of 30% cancellation charge.11. Hirer shall be responsible for returning all rented equipment and related materials to the Organiserwithin one hour on the last open day following the close of the relevant event.12. Hirer shall use the equipment in a careful and proper manner and in accordance with Rule andRegulations issued by the Organiser. Hirer is not allowed to make any alterations modifications,attachments and/or additions to the equipment rented.13. Hirer shall be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment arising from the hirer's negligence,unintentional act, unauthorized maintenance or other cause within the reasonable control of hirer,its representative, employees, agents or invitees. In the event of any loss or damage to theequipment for which hirer is liable, the hirer shall reimburse the Organiser for all cost of makinggood or replacement.14. Hirer shall be in default hereunder if hirer fails to pay any charges when due or any otherindebtedness or fails to return the equipment to the Organiser after use.15. At any time after the hirer's default, the Organiser may terminate the rental services, by notice tohirer and repossess the equipment. Hirer shall remain liable for all unpaid charges and theOrganiser may apply and retain all or a portion of the hirer's security/damage deposit as may benecessary to compensate the Organiser for any unpaid charges or damages and expensesincurred on account of such default; or the Organiser may exercise any other rights occurring to aless or under any applicable law upon a default by lessee.16. Exhibitors must order enough electricity supply. In case of overload, the Organiser reserves theright to suspend the electricity supply until the problem is rectified by the exhibitor concerned.17. The fee stated is exclusive of all taxes.Any local applicable tax on the participation of theExhibition will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. If there is any withholding or tax deductionthat the Exhibitor would need to apply in accordance with the local laws on the payment to theOrganiser, the Exhibitor shall gross up such payment such that the net amount paid to theOrganiser shall be equal to the invoice price and as if no deduction and withholding has applied,and the Exhibitor shall be responsible for settling the withholding taxes to the relevant authoritieson its own account.

〔 申 請 表 五 至 表 七 一 般 守 則 〕1. 表 內 長 、 闊 、 高 、 深 等 量 度 尺 寸 , 全 以 米 為 單 位 。2#. 參 展 商 如 租 用 帶 # 號 之 設 施 , 須 以 草 圖 或 繪 圖 適 當 顯 示 安 放 位 置 , 例 如 提 供 攤 位 設 計 圖 則 或 平 視圖 。3*. 租 用 帶 有 * 號 之 設 施 均 不 連 電 源 裝 置 , 參 展 商 必 需 另 行 申 請 插 座 。4+. 租 用 附 有 + 之 設 施 , 每 條 電 話 線 / 數 據 機 須 繳 付 訂 金 , 請 於 領 取 電 話 機 及 / 或 國 際 直 通 電 話 密 碼 /數 據 機 時 付 予 場 地 管 理 機 構 「 香 港 會 議 展 覽 中 心 」。 訂 金 可 以 現 金 、 信 用 咭 或 公 司 支 票 交 往 香 港會 議 展 覽 中 心 服 務 櫃 檯 。 訂 金 將 於 展 覽 結 束 並 扣 除 國 際 直 通 電 話 費 後 退 還 ( 如 國 際 直 通 電 話 費 金額 超 逾 訂 金 , 餘 數 須 由 承 租 人 直 接 付 予 「 香 港 會 議 展 覽 中 心 」)5. 一 般 而 言 , 租 用 服 務 及 設 施 的 表 格 , 須 於 截 止 申 請 日 期 前 交 回 主 辦 機 構 , 否 則 會 在 基 本 費 用 外 加收 20% 附 加 費 。 此 外 , 即 場 租 借 申 請 如 獲 接 納 , 最 少 將 加 收 基 本 費 用 的 30%。6. 所 有 租 用 服 務 / 設 施 申 請 表 , 必 須 連 同 全 部 費 用 一 併 交 回 , 及 在 需 要 時 加 付 保 障 / 損 壞 保 金 , 不連 款 項 的 申 請 表 , 概 不 受 理 。 本 局 不 會 另 開 發 票 。7. 主 辦 機 構 提 供 的 所 有 設 施 , 只 能 在 展 覽 會 場 為 該 項 活 動 專 用 。8. 主 辦 機 構 能 否 提 供 參 展 商 所 需 的 服 務 / 設 施 , 要 視 乎 接 到 申 請 時 有 關 服 務 / 設 施 是 否 仍 可 供 租用 。 申 請 表 將 以 「 先 到 先 得 」 的 方 式 處 理 , 但 主 辦 機 構 保 留 不 接 納 申 請 的 權 利 , 遇 此 情 況 時 當 通知 申 請 者 , 取 回 支 票 或 退 款 。9. 如 因 不 可 抗 力 、 勞 工 問 題 、 物 資 短 缺 或 其 他 非 主 辦 機 構 所 能 控 制 的 因 素 , 致 使 主 辦 機 構 不 能 在 指定 活 動 進 行 期 間 , 提 供 已 租 用 的 部 分 或 全 部 服 務 或 設 施 , 承 租 人 只 能 按 比 例 取 回 已 付 出 的 服 務 或設 施 費 用 。10. 取 消 租 用 服 務 / 設 施 , 必 須 於 表 上 所 載 截 止 申 請 日 期 前 以 書 面 提 出 , 主 辦 機 構 對 所 有 已 取 消 的 申請 最 少 收 取 30% 作 取 消 費 用 。11. 承 租 人 須 負 責 在 最 後 一 天 展 覽 活 動 結 束 後 一 小 時 內 , 將 所 有 租 用 的 設 備 及 有 關 物 料 交 回 主 辦 機構 。12. 承 租 人 必 須 謹 慎 而 正 確 地 使 用 有 關 設 施 , 遵 守 主 辦 機 構 定 下 的 條 例 和 規 則 , 不 得 擅 自 更 改 設 施 的用 途 和 結 構 或 增 添 附 加 裝 置 。13. 因 承 租 人 的 疏 忽 、 非 蓄 意 行 為 , 未 經 許 可 的 維 修 或 在 租 用 者 、 其 代 表 、 僱 員 、 代 理 人 或 所 邀 請 訪客 可 以 控 制 的 情 況 下 對 設 施 造 成 的 損 毀 , 承 租 人 必 須 負 責 。 主 辦 機 構 因 此 更 換 設 施 或 作 出 賠 償 而涉 及 的 所 有 費 用 , 須 由 承 租 人 繳 付 。14. 承 租 人 如 未 能 如 期 繳 款 、 償 付 其 他 欠 款 或 於 設 施 使 用 完 畢 後 未 能 交 回 主 辦 機 構 , 則 作 違 約 論 。15. 承 租 人 違 約 , 主 辦 機 構 可 在 發 出 通 知 後 , 終 止 提 供 的 租 賃 服 務 , 收 回 租 出 的 設 施 , 承 租 人 仍 須 負責 所 有 未 付 款 項 。 主 辦 機 構 在 需 要 時 , 有 權 申 請 扣 除 承 租 人 所 繳 交 的 部 分 或 全 部 保 障 / 損 壞 賠 償按 金 , 或 根 據 法 例 行 使 其 他 索 償 權 利 。16. 參 展 商 須 申 請 足 夠 供 電 。 如 因 用 電 超 荷 , 主 辦 機 構 有 權 立 即 終 止 供 電 至 有 關 參 展 商 將 問 題 插 座 改正 。17. 條 款 中 所 述 的 申 請 費 並 不 包 括 任 何 稅 項 。 參 展 商 將 承 担 與 參 展 有 關 的 或 附 帶 發 生 的 任 何 當 地 稅項 。 若 根 據 當 地 適 用 法 律 , 參 展 商 須 對 支 付 給 主 辦 機 構 的 款 項 預 提 或 扣 除 相 關 稅 款 , 參 展 商 應 返計 還 原 有 關 款 項 , 即 支 付 給 主 辦 機 構 的 淨 金 額 應 等 於 發 票 上 的 金 額 , 如 就 有 關 服 務 費 用 並 未 履 行預 提 或 扣 除 相 關 稅 款 的 納 稅 義 務 , 參 展 商 應 當 自 行 承 担 並 向 有 關 當 局 支 付 相 關 的 預 提 稅 款 。
