She has since been appointedDirector of KWC and she currently plans, organises, directsand controls all of the Group’s purchases and inventory. Sheis also responsible for the Group’s purchasing systems andensures that purchasing requirements are met.Ms Chua holds a Diploma in Business Management from theSingapore Institute of Management.Age 40, oversees the Group’s overall financial, accountingand tax matters. He is also responsible for financial andmanagement reporting of the Group and the compliance withthe regulations of the Singapore Exchange Securities TradingLimited.Prior to joining the Group in June 2000, he was the CorporateAuditor of General Motors Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. He had servedin the Audit and Business Advisory Services Division of PriceWaterhouse (now known as Price WaterhouseCoopers).SIOW NGET YUEN, PRISCILLADirectorKing Wan Construction Pte Ltd (“KWC”)Mr Francis Chew holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree fromthe Nanyang Technological University. He is a non-practicingmember of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants ofSingapore.Age 59, was appointed a Director of KWC in Nov 2000. She firstjoined KWC in August 1978 as an Administration and Financeofficer. She was subsequently promoted to Administrationand Finance Manager in 1994. She has since been promotedDirector and now assists the executive directors in the areas ofhuman resource management, administration and finance.
