FeesThe Governor acting on the advice <strong>of</strong> Cabinet shall, byOrder specify the fee to be paid for every application forthe grant, renewal or extension <strong>of</strong> a work permit.PART 12—REGISTRATION, STATUS ANDRECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYERS’ORGANISATIONS133. InterpretationIn this Part—“employers' organisation” means any associationestablished by employers, the principalpurposes <strong>of</strong> which are the representation andpromotion <strong>of</strong> employers' interests and theregulation <strong>of</strong> relations between employers andemployees;“managerial employee” means an individual who hasmanagerial responsibilities and who worksunder a contract <strong>of</strong> employment;“Registrar” means the Registrar <strong>of</strong> the High Court;“rules” means rules made by a trade union as authorizedby this <strong>Code</strong>;“trade dispute” means any dispute or differencebetween employers and workmen, or betweenworkmen and workmen, connected with theemployment or non-employment, or the terms<strong>of</strong> employment, or with the conditions <strong>of</strong>labour, <strong>of</strong> any person;“trade union” means any association <strong>of</strong> personsregistered under the <strong>Code</strong>, the principalpurposes <strong>of</strong> which are the representation andpromotion <strong>of</strong> employees interests and theregulation <strong>of</strong> relations between employeesand employers, and includes a federation <strong>of</strong>trade unions, but not an organization orassociation that is dominated by an employeror employers’ organization.83
