FeesThe Governor acting on the advice of Cabinet shall, byOrder specify the fee to be paid for every application forthe grant, renewal or extension of a work permit.PART 12—REGISTRATION, STATUS ANDRECOGNITION OF TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYERS’ORGANISATIONS133. InterpretationIn this Part—“employers' organisation” means any associationestablished by employers, the principalpurposes of which are the representation andpromotion of employers' interests and theregulation of relations between employers andemployees;“managerial employee” means an individual who hasmanagerial responsibilities and who worksunder a contract of employment;“Registrar” means the Registrar of the High Court;“rules” means rules made by a trade union as authorizedby this Code;“trade dispute” means any dispute or differencebetween employers and workmen, or betweenworkmen and workmen, connected with theemployment or non-employment, or the termsof employment, or with the conditions oflabour, of any person;“trade union” means any association of personsregistered under the Code, the principalpurposes of which are the representation andpromotion of employees interests and theregulation of relations between employeesand employers, and includes a federation oftrade unions, but not an organization orassociation that is dominated by an employeror employers’ organization.83
