Procedure No.650-050-005 Effective January 1996<strong>Florida</strong> <strong>Scenic</strong> <strong>Highways</strong> Program Manual Revised June 2009compliance is not feasible, or if the CME fails to bring the CMP into full compliance, theSHAC will:1. recommend to the Secretary that the public road no longer meets the criteria fordesignation as a <strong>Florida</strong> <strong>Scenic</strong> Highway and that its designation be rescinded; and2. when also designated at the federal level, recommend to the Federal HighwayAdministration, through the Secretary, that the state or local public road no longermeets the criteria for designation as a National <strong>Scenic</strong> Byway or All-American Roadand that its designation be rescinded.XIV.ANNUAL REPORTS AND FIVE YEAR CORRIDOR MANAGEMENT PLANUPDATEA. Annual Status Report - The Corridor Management Entity (CME) shall develop andsubmit an Annual Status Report to the District <strong>Scenic</strong> <strong>Highways</strong> Coordinator (DSHC) whichshall address the following elements:1. Corridor Conditions2. Goals, Objectives, and Strategies to accomplish the Corridor Vision3. Discuss effectiveness of Community Participation Program4. Funding5. Measuring Success6. Discuss effectiveness of Local Government Comprehensive Plan Relationship7. Problem Areas8. Annual Action Plan UpdateThe Annual Status Report shall be submitted every year within 60 days of the anniversarydate of the official designation. The DSHC will submit the Annual Status Report within 30days of the anniversary date of receipt to the State <strong>Scenic</strong> <strong>Highways</strong> Coordinator for recordkeeping and review by the SHAC.B. Five Year CMP Update - The CME shall develop and submit a Five Year CMP Updateto the DSHC according to the following elements:1. Corridor Conditions2. Corridor Vision<strong>Appendix</strong> F – Administrative Rule F-19
