Applications<strong>TecnoControl</strong> TC 60-C+2/+15 ° C - Hr 40%/80%<strong>TecnoControl</strong> TC 60-N-22/-10°CInnovative technology for the conservation ofchocolate and fresh pastries. Thanks to an activehumidity control system, which is programmablefrom 40% up to 80%, it is possible to create aperfect micro-climate for the preservation ofchocolate. On top of that, the active humiditycontrol allows longer conservation of fresh pastriesup to 4/5 days, maintaining perfect fragranceover the time. Thanks to the dual purpose of thismachine you can take advantage of the seasonalnature of products, using <strong>TecnoControl</strong> forchocolate during the winter, and for fresh pastriesduring other seasons.Ideal for the conservation of food products subjectedto a blast freezing process down to-18° C at core, such as finshed products orsemi-finished pastry products, bread andice-cream products.A sophisticated refrigeration and air circulationsystem guarantee a perfect conservation withoutdehydration.<strong>TecnoControl</strong>
