<strong>Port</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Seattle</strong> Moorage Tariff No. 6 – Effective 05/01/09(I) HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTSHoliday rates may be charged during the following national holidays, includingadjacent weekdays and/or weekend days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day,Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.(J) PEAK WEEKENDSFriday and Saturday nights during the months <strong>of</strong> June, July, August and September.End <strong>of</strong> Section, return to General IndexSECTION TWO, PART 2 – DEPOSITS, FEES AND RATESApplying at Bell Harbor Marina OnlyITEM 2210FEES(A) FAILURE TO REGISTER FEEA penalty fee <strong>of</strong> $10.00 in addition to all other applicable charges shall be assessedto all vessel owners, charterers, or operators who do not register at theHarbormaster Office, or at one <strong>of</strong> the self-registration stations.(B) BOAT PUMPING FEE$50.00 per hour, with a minimum <strong>of</strong> one (1) hour.(C) RESERVATION FEE(1) IndividualIndividual vessels requesting reservations shall be assessed a non-refundablemoorage deposit, in advance, equal to one night’s moorage.(2) GroupGroup reservations with a minimum <strong>of</strong> eight (8) vessels will be charged a$5.00 non-refundable fee per vessel, payable in advance.(3) Charter VesselsCharter vessels will be charged a non-refundable fee <strong>of</strong> $25.00 for each roundtrip visit reserved.(D) TIME LIMIT VIOLATION FEEA vessel which remains at the Marina longer than the fourteen (14) day time limitwithout authorization by the Marina Management, or after the moorage period hasexpired, shall be subject to impound or other means <strong>of</strong> removal by the appropriate<strong>Port</strong> agency and assessed two (2) times the daily moorage charge for the remainder<strong>of</strong> its stay.
