文 化 服 務 Cultural Services十 月 中 旬 , 接 待 東 華 學 院 修 讀 “The developmentof non-profit organization in Hong Kong” 的 工商 管 理 學 系 及 護 理 系 學 生 , 闡 述 本 局 的 源 起 、發 展 及 現 時 的 服 務 概 況 等 。In mid-October, the Museum received students studying BusinessAdministration, Nursing and those studying the course “The developmentof non-profit organizations in Hong Kong” from the Tung Wah College.They were introduced the origin and the development of the Kuk, as wellas the contemporary services that the Kuk provided.十 一 月 初 , 接 待 香 港 城 市 大 學 中 國 文 化 中 心的 師 生 , 詳 細 介 紹 館 藏 文 獻 及 文 物 , 並 配 合課 程 要 求 , 深 入 講 述 留 局 婦 女 的 背 景 、 局 中的 生 活 及 離 局 安 排 等 , 讓 學 生 瞭 解 早 期 婦 女在 社 會 中 擔 當 的 角 色 。The Museum also received tutors and students from the Chinese CivilisationCentre of the City University of Hong Kong in early November. We provided adetailed briefing on the Museum’s collections. To fit in their course requirements,we explained in detail about the background of the women staying at ourHeadquarters, their life in the Kuk and the dismissal arrangements so as to givethem a better understanding of women’s role in society in the past.十 二 月 初 , 應 天 主 教 香 港 教 區 檔 案 處 之 請 ,接 待 三 十 多 位 來 自 新 加 坡 及 馬 來 西 亞 等 地 的神 職 人 員 , 介 紹 本 局 的 歷 史 及 發 展 , 並 引 領眾 人 參 觀 文 獻 儲 藏 室 , 以 瞭 解 本 館 保 護 及 復修 檔 案 的 方 法 。In response to an invitation by the Hong Kong Catholic Diocesan Archives,the Museum received more than 30 clergies from Singapore and Malaysiain early December. We introduced the Kuk’s history and development, andguided them to our archival repository to introduce our way of preservingand conserving archives.此 外 , 訪 問 本 局 的 海 內 外 團 體 亦 獲 安 排 參 觀博 物 館 , 藉 以 認 識 本 局 歷 史 及 發 展 概 況 。 屆內 接 待 的 訪 局 團 體 包 括 中 國 廣 東 省 清 遠 市 清新 縣 組 織 部 、 順 德 區 社 會 建 設 與 管 理 創 新 考察 團 、 佛 山 市 順 德 區 勒 流 街 道 考 察 團 、 外 國記 者 會 餐 舞 會 表 演 樂 隊 INXS、 中 央 統 戰 部 及中 國 婦 女 發 展 基 金 會 等 。In addition, overseas delegations had also been arranged to visit the Museumso as to understand more about the Kuk’s history and development. Duringthe year, the Museum had received visits from the Organization Departmentof the Qingxin County, Qingyuan City, Guandong Province, the SocialConstruction and Management Innovation Delegation of Shunde District, thedelegation of Leliu Subdistrict, Shunde District, Foshan City, INXS – the bandperformed at the Foreign Correspondents' Club Charity Ball 2012, the UnitedFront Work Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,and the China Women’s Development Foundation.助 理 館 長 向 香 港 城 市 大 學 中 國 文 化 研 究 中 心 學 生 講 述 本局 歷 史 。The Assistant Curator introduced the Kuk’s history to thestudents from the Chinese Civilisation Centre, City Universityof Hong Kong.天 主 教 香 港 教 區 檔 案 處 職 員 及 神 職 人 員 與 本 館 職 員 在 中 座 大 樓 門 前 合 照 留 念 。The staff of Hong Kong Catholic Diocesan Archives and the clergies pictured with Museumstaff at the entrance of the Main Building.168保 良 局 壬 辰 年 年 刊
