This pamphlet applies to all personnel assigned to Forts Wainwright and Richardson withapproved dates of retirement.Interim changes. Interim changes to this pamphlet are not official unless the Director of InformationManagement (DOIM) authenticates them. Users will destroy interim changes on their expiration datesunless sooner superceded or rescinded.Suggested improvement. This pamphlet’s proponent is the Retirement Services Officer (RSO). <strong>The</strong>RSO invites users to send comments and suggested improvements on a Department of the <strong>Army</strong> Form(DA) 2028 (Recommended Changes to Publications and Blank Forms) directly to the RSO atAPVR-RAG-RS.1. PurposeForm is used by retiring Soldiers to make a selection as to where they would like to participatein a retirement ceremony.2.
