Long-Term IncomeMomentum BonusQualifications: Active and qualified with a 120* reward pointAuto-delivery order on file, in addition to one (1) personallyenrolled active Brand Partner on each side of their team.Additional requirements are shown in the graphs below.This bonus pays out at the end of each four (4) week rankadvancement period based upon the paid ranks achievedduring the current or previous rank advancement period.Momentum Bonus is prorated amongst all qualifiedparticipants based upon “Paid As” rank. The MomentumBonus Pool encompasses approximately three percent(3%) of the sales generated from countries that participatein the Momentum Bonus and does not include orders uponwhich we paid a Fast Start Bonus.The payout at each level may vary from periodto period. Brand Partners can participate in thepools at each Momentum pin level for a period ofno longer than twelve (12) months from the datethey first achieve that Momentum pin level. BrandPartners who do not meet the requirements fortheir current paid level may participate in a lowerpool for which they meet the requirements.^ AllBrand Partners who reach the rank of Diamondor above and have a “Paid As” Gold on eachside in their enrollment line will transition from theMomentum Bonus to the Platinum Club Bonus.Brand Partners who earn the Momentum Bonuscannot also earn the Platinum Club Car Bonus inthe same 4-week rank advancement period.Momentum Volume accumulated in a four (4) week rankadvancement period does not roll over to the next four (4)week period.MOMENTUM BONUS“PAID AS” RANK: BRONZE500 reward points consisting of Auto-delivery, Customer and/orBuilder Pack orders from enrollership volume on eachside of your business.Max Payout Per Share: Up to 100 USDBRONZEYOU“PAID AS” RANK: SILVERBronze** on each side in the enrollment line and 500 rewardpoints consisting of Auto-delivery, Customer and/or Builder Packorders from enrollership volume on each side of your business.Max Payout Per Share: Up to 200 USDBRONZESILVERYOUBRONZE120 QV120 QV 120 QV120 QV120 QV120 QV120 QV120 QV120 QV 120 QV120 QV120 QV120 QV 120 QV120 QV 120 QV120 QV120 QV 120 QV120 QV120 QV120 QV* For the countries below EUR 20,000 GDP per capita the Momentum Bonus requirement is still kept at 120QV. BrandPartners who purchased a Builder Pack(s) in order to achieve the Builder Pack Flag will not count toward the rank required in bothteams.^ Brand Partners with a “Paid As” rank of Diamond and Platinum are eligible to earn the Momentum Bonus at the Bronze throughGold levels. Brand Partners who reach the rank of Star Platinum or above are no longer eligible to earn the Momentum Bonus.8
