Society Act by MP MKVVCL).A. Location/Department: Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre, Bijli Nagar,Gov<strong>in</strong>dpura, Bhopal. (A Society Constituted under M.P. Society Act by MPMKVVCL).B. Duration <strong>of</strong> engagement: 3 years from the date <strong>of</strong> engagementextendable for another two years.C. Qualify<strong>in</strong>g Criteria:•4E „Contract for retired personnel:a) Any retired <strong>of</strong>ficer <strong>of</strong> the rank <strong>of</strong> General Manager and above <strong>of</strong> Central^Public Sector Undertak<strong>in</strong>g / State Public Sector Undertak<strong>in</strong>g / GoMP /GOI. For Defence / Para Military Organisation, retired personnel <strong>of</strong> therank <strong>of</strong> Lieutenant Colonel and above shall be <strong>co</strong>nsidered.b) Maximum 85 years as on 1s1 May, 2012. Deputation for serv<strong>in</strong>g personnel:a) Serv<strong>in</strong>g Officer <strong>of</strong> Central Public Sector Undertak<strong>in</strong>g / State PublicSector Undertak<strong>in</strong>g / GoMP / GOI / Reputed Government Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>gColleges, draw<strong>in</strong>g salary <strong>in</strong> the pay band <strong>of</strong> 6th Pay Commission withgrade pay Rs.7600/- and above. Serv<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong>ficer, If selected shai! be<strong>co</strong>nsidered on deemed deputation basis and his / her services shall begoverned as per deputation rules applicable to Government e<strong>mp</strong>loyees.The deputation will be to Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre Society (ASociety Constituted under M.P. Post Graduate Degree <strong>in</strong> Human Resource Managementfrom any Government re<strong>co</strong>gnized Institute will be a desirable additionalqualification.b) For e<strong>mp</strong>loyee belong<strong>in</strong>g to other than Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g Organisations:0. Co<strong>mp</strong>ensation:Graduate <strong>in</strong> any discipl<strong>in</strong>e with Post Graduate Degree <strong>in</strong> HumanResource Management from any Government / UGC re<strong>co</strong>gnizedInstitute with m<strong>in</strong>imum 15 years experience.a) Fixed and <strong>co</strong>nsolidated remuneration <strong>of</strong> Rs.1,00,000/- per month shallbe paid to the <strong>of</strong>ficer engaged on <strong>co</strong>ntract, <strong>in</strong> case <strong>of</strong> retirede<strong>mp</strong>loyee from MP MKWCL / other sister Co<strong>mp</strong>anies or otherGovernment organisations, remuneration shali be equivalent toRs.1,00,000/- m<strong>in</strong>us pension.b) Enhancement <strong>in</strong> monthly remuneration shall be given based on theperformance <strong>of</strong> the previous year and shall not be more than 10% <strong>of</strong>the monthly remuneration.ORPay protection <strong>of</strong> parent department / <strong>co</strong><strong>mp</strong>any will be ensured forserv<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong>ficers engaged on deputation.c) Facility <strong>of</strong> reimbursement <strong>of</strong> mobile charges @ Rs.1,0007- per month.,d) Entitlement for TA/DA as applicable to regular personnel <strong>of</strong> Class 1cadre <strong>in</strong> the Co<strong>mp</strong>any as per rules as adopted by the Society fromtime to time.9) Society vehicle for <strong>of</strong>ficial use, if available shall be provided,'i)Ac<strong>co</strong>mmodation as applicable and as spare by MP MKWCL can be<strong>of</strong>fered.


g) Person engaged on <strong>co</strong>ntract shall be eligible to avail notified holidays<strong>of</strong> MP MKVVCL, 13 days casual leave and 15 days special leave peryear <strong>of</strong> engagement with prior <strong>in</strong>timation. Entitlement shall be pro ratabasis on length <strong>of</strong> <strong>co</strong>ntract.ORLeave and other service <strong>co</strong>nditions <strong>of</strong> deputed e<strong>mp</strong>loyee shall beguided as per MP Civil Service Rules as amended from time to timeand as adopted by Co<strong>mp</strong>any.E. Key areas <strong>of</strong> Responsibilities:The Director would be overall <strong>in</strong>-charge <strong>of</strong> adm<strong>in</strong>istration <strong>of</strong> Power DistributionTra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre <strong>of</strong> the Co<strong>mp</strong>any and shall directly report to the Secretary / VicePresident <strong>of</strong> Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre Society. His / her responsibilities arebroadly enumerated as under:a) Operation <strong>of</strong> Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre.b) Assessment <strong>of</strong> tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g needs and job analysis.c) Research and Analysis/knowledge management.d) Enhancement <strong>of</strong> knowledge and skills <strong>of</strong> the e<strong>mp</strong>loyees.e) Development <strong>of</strong> tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g resources (audio, video, written), <strong>co</strong>ord<strong>in</strong>ationwith Corporate Office/ Forum <strong>of</strong> Co<strong>mp</strong>any, <strong>co</strong>nduct<strong>in</strong>g tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>gprogrammes, Engagement <strong>of</strong> faculty resources, Faculty Development.f) To raise f<strong>in</strong>ancial resources for Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre.g) To make tie-ups with similar educational/tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>stitutes <strong>of</strong> repute atState and National/International level.h) To establish Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre as a nationallyre<strong>co</strong>gnized lead<strong>in</strong>g Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>stitute <strong>in</strong> its sector for <strong>co</strong>nduct<strong>in</strong>g PowerDistribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g for other Power Dis<strong>co</strong>ms.i) To develop and ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> necessary tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>frastructure <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>gTra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centres / Hostels / Library / Co<strong>mp</strong>uter Centre / Residences forTra<strong>in</strong>ees / Sports Facility/ Outdoor Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Facility.j) Any other responsibility related to Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g and Development assignedby Power Distribution Tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Centre Society.F, Selection Criteria:a) The applications received shall be shortlisted based on their eligibilityas per the mentioned Qualifications and experience.
