Society Act). Theselected candidate (including deputed person) shall have to execute a contract /performance agreement with Power Distribution Training Centre Society, (A Societyconstituted under M.P. Society Act by MP MKVVCL).A. Location/Department: Power Distribution Training Centre, Bijli Nagar,Govindpura, Bhopal. (A Society Constituted under M.P. Society Act by MPMKVVCL).B. Duration of engagement: 3 years from the date of engagementextendable for another two years.C. Qualifying Criteria:•4E „Contract for retired personnel:a) Any retired officer of the rank of General Manager and above of Central^Public Sector Undertaking / State Public Sector Undertaking / GoMP /GOI. For Defence / Para Military Organisation, retired personnel of therank of Lieutenant Colonel and above shall be considered.b) Maximum 85 years as on 1s1 May, 2012. Preference shall be given topersons having experience in imparting training to personnel of powerutilities / defence personnel.c) The person should not have been terminated from service and his / herretirement benefits such as pension, gratuity etc. should not have beenwith-held due to pending enquiry or prosecution, Lokayukta / E.O.W /CBI / CVC etc., and should not have criminal cases pending againsthim/ her in any Court.OR

Deputation for serving personnel:a) Serving Officer of Central Public Sector Undertaking / State PublicSector Undertaking / GoMP / GOI / Reputed Government EngineeringColleges, drawing salary in the pay band of 6th Pay Commission withgrade pay Rs.7600/- and above. Serving officer, If selected shai! beconsidered on deemed deputation basis and his / her services shall begoverned as per deputation rules applicable to Government employees.The deputation will be to Power Distribution Training Centre Society (ASociety Constituted under M.P. Society Act by MP MKWCL),2 Ed u cat i on ajJ3 ualijjcati ons:a) For serving / retired employee belonging to Engineer^Organisations:Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years ofexperience. Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Managementfrom any Government recognized Institute will be a desirable additionalqualification.b) For employee belonging to other than Engineering Organisations:0. Compensation:Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree in HumanResource Management from any Government / UGC recognizedInstitute with minimum 15 years experience.a) Fixed and consolidated remuneration of Rs.1,00,000/- per month shallbe paid to the officer engaged on contract, in case of retiredemployee from MP MKWCL / other sister Companies or otherGovernment organisations, remuneration shali be equivalent toRs.1,00,000/- minus pension.b) Enhancement in monthly remuneration shall be given based on theperformance of the previous year and shall not be more than 10% ofthe monthly remuneration.ORPay protection of parent department / company will be ensured forserving officers engaged on deputation.c) Facility of reimbursement of mobile charges @ Rs.1,0007- per month.,d) Entitlement for TA/DA as applicable to regular personnel of Class 1cadre in the Company as per rules as adopted by the Society fromtime to time.9) Society vehicle for official use, if available shall be provided,'i)Accommodation as applicable and as spare by MP MKWCL can beoffered.

g) Person engaged on contract shall be eligible to avail notified holidaysof MP MKVVCL, 13 days casual leave and 15 days special leave peryear of engagement with prior intimation. Entitlement shall be pro ratabasis on length of contract.ORLeave and other service conditions of deputed employee shall beguided as per MP Civil Service Rules as amended from time to timeand as adopted by Company.E. Key areas of Responsibilities:The Director would be overall in-charge of administration of Power DistributionTraining Centre of the Company and shall directly report to the Secretary / VicePresident of Power Distribution Training Centre Society. His / her responsibilities arebroadly enumerated as under:a) Operation of Power Distribution Training Centre.b) Assessment of training needs and job analysis.c) Research and Analysis/knowledge management.d) Enhancement of knowledge and skills of the employees.e) Development of training resources (audio, video, written), coordinationwith Corporate Office/ Forum of Company, conducting trainingprogrammes, Engagement of faculty resources, Faculty Development.f) To raise financial resources for Power Distribution Training Centre.g) To make tie-ups with similar educational/training institutes of repute atState and National/International level.h) To establish Power Distribution Training Centre as a nationallyrecognized leading Training institute in its sector for conducting PowerDistribution Training for other Power Discoms.i) To develop and maintain necessary training infrastructure includingTraining Centres / Hostels / Library / Computer Centre / Residences forTrainees / Sports Facility/ Outdoor Training Facility.j) Any other responsibility related to Training and Development assignedby Power Distribution Training Centre Society.F, Selection Criteria:a) The applications received shall be shortlisted based on their eligibilityas per the mentioned Qualifications and experience.

) The Shortlisted candidates may on the discretion of SelectionCommittee be requested to travel to Bhopal for their personal interview.Travel expenses shall be reimbursed by the Company on the day ofinterview up to a maximum of Train AC 2 tier by the shortest route.c) The selection will be done by a Selection Committee, The decision ofthe Selection Committee will be final and binding.G. Separation:Director, Power Distribution Training Centre may be removed or sent back tohis / her parent department or his / her engagement may be terminatedbefore the expiry of tenure by the Executive Committee of Power DistributionTraining Centre Society.Such personnel shall not have lien or claim whatsoever on Company orSociety's regular establishment.
