This requires that the BACS Payment Files (^BP for standard BACS and^BP plus ^BP1 for BACS Stand Alone, including Paycode) are automatically created from UNIXfile input.Sites are already familiar with using the EV P/ option to automatically populate the EV NewGMS Variances screen. Sites currently have to input BACS Stand Alone payments manuallyonto BP and this can be laborious, time consuming and error-prone. The requirement has beenraised for an automated facility (similar to EV P/) to allow the BP BACS Stand-alone paymentsscreen to be automatically populated from UNIX.© Crown Copyright 15
