The formation of the new company, calledUsed Rides Europe, was officially formed two weeks beforethe International Independent Showmen’s Associationannual Trade Show and Extravaganza, which washeld Feb. 5-9, Gibsonton, Fla. The two announced thenew partnership during the show. Soled is a used ridebroker in the U.S. and sells new rides for several companiesincluding KMG. That relationship is not altered inany way.
