At the same time, while several persons have been transportedby air from Kosti, the numbers have been limited. IOM is also faced delays in arranging charterflights as airline companies insisted that persons booked for flights have ID. Many returnees eitherdon’t have ID or their ID has expired. IOM worked out an agreement with the Civil AviationAuthority to give blanket permission for Southern returnees to travel without identification. Giventhe lack of progress, but the continued need to transport the unaccompanied children in particular,IOM extended this project up to March 2012. Monitoring visit to the airport is agreed upon and willtake place at the earliest opportunity.Has the delivery of the project outputs been within the CHF allocated amount?X YesNoDid the project have in place an adequate number of qualified staff to deliver the intendedoutputs?X YesNoPage 9 of 36
